2020 Camp Info & FAQs

Center Stage Drama Camps are adventures for actors. Campers will learn theatre techniques, voice skills, dance and choreography, and rehearse for the full-length musical they will perform at the end of camp!

But more importantly are the long-lasting friendships that your campers will make over a few short weeks! That’s one of the top comments we receive from our family of campers and staff every year.

On the first day of camp we will hold auditions (that require little to no preparation) to cast the show. Every day following, we will rehearse the show and perform it for the community on the last day of camp. That’s when you get to see just how much they’ve all learned and how much FUN they’ve all had together!

Campers must bring their own lunch each day. Pizza may be ordered one day each week, if desired.
Bring money for a weekly trip to a nearby store for ice cream which is also on the schedule!

3. Where and when?
All camps are held from 9 AM to 3 PM at the
Riverside Arts Center,

4. Can a camper attend more than one camp?
If they are entering grade 6 (junior and middle school camps) or grade 9 (middle and high school camps), yes.

5. Why are your rates so low?
We are passionate about the arts and we want to make our camps affordable to all families.

  5. Will says:

How do you get tickets if child is not signed up for the camp but you just want to see the show?

    • csptheatre0615 says:

Thanks for contacting us. Typically we send out emails and also post details on Facebook about ticket sales.

After saying that however, today’s shows have been pretty much sold out for several days now so trying to get any tickets would be a challenge. Last I heard, there are relatively few tickets (if any) available for the 3:00P show. There is a slight possibility of tickets being available about 10-15 minutes before each show if they have not been paid for and picked up by then. We hold them until then and have stated we will release them at that time. Even with three shows, it is a popular event for parents, relatives, and friends to attend for their camper(s).
